Returns policy

When acquiring an artwork, if you are truly unhappy with it, please email me as soon as possible at contact@cathysovaje.com.
After coming to a mutual agreement, you can return the piece within a maximum of 14 days after the date you received it.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Commissioned artworks are not eligible for my return policy.
