Commissions

A commissioned textile artwork is a deeply personal piece that captures the feeling of a moment, translating your memories, emotions, and connection to the natural world into expressive textures and colours.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with sustainable materials, ensuring that every item is truly unique. I thoughtfully curated ethically sourced plant-based yarn and a variety of wool, which come mainly from Fonty.

When you acquire an artwork from me, you will :
• Connect to tradition and craftsmanship
• Bring warmth and depth to your living space
• Commit to sustainable materials
• Add acoustic softness to your place

WORKFLOW

To ensure that our project proceeds as smoothly as possible for both parties, it is essential to follow the steps below.

1. We’ll discuss your project and your expectations (dimensions, colours, materials, weaving technique, framing, onsite installation), so I can provide you with a quote. Once you accept the quote and pay the deposit, we’ll begin working.

2. I will help you develop a brief based on a simple idea, a few photos or sketches, or even the installation site. I will submit sketches and yarn colour samples before starting, allowing you to decide on any adjustments before weaving begins.

3. If you validate the design, I will start the weaving part. Depending on the project's size, please allow up to 4-16 weeks for the work to be completed.

4. Once the work is complete, I will send you your artwork along with its certificate of authenticity and all the materials I created so that you have the full story behind it.

PAYMENT

I require a 50% deposit before starting the work, with the balance to be paid before shipment. Shipping costs are quoted separately.
